Sconces from Limburg, 1960s

Stunning and rare pair of mid-century modern wall lamps / sconces by limburg (germany, 1960s). Black round "iron" rings inlaid in thick hand blown clear glass. Minimal and geometric design and high quality craftsmanship. They cast a wonderful light (see pictures). Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use (compatible in europe, us, uk, asia, etc.). Each light requires one e27 light bulb, max 100 w. Led compatible. Original sticker on both lights still intact (model 2716). Height 20.5 cm; width 15.5 cm; depth 11 cm. Excellent vintage condition. The listed price is for the pair. Limburg manufactured many lamps which became design classics, such as the famous bubble glass lighting by helena tynell.
