Vintage earthenware box

A lot of charm for this pretty box in enamelled earthenware yellow ochre of the mid-twentieth century. Its major asset: its trompe l'oeil effect imitating an old bucket. Its little extra: a partially erased stamp tells us that it comes from portugal. Its absolutely vintage color and style, evoking the garden, are perfect in addition to a pretty table, butter, condiment pot, decoration, or small temporary storage with tinkering, elastics, paper clips, etc...
