Description
Metal bedside table, produced around 1920. In the art deco period it was fashionable to paint items with a faux wood motif. This nightstand was probably repainted in the 1940s. That paint has largely disappeared so that the wood motif has reappeared. Treated against rust and finished with a clear coat.
