Russian cobalt blue earthenware Gzhel box - hand painted

Cobalt blue box in Russian earthenware from the Gzhel factory. White ceramic box is decorated with hand-painted blue flowers. The handle is flower-shaped and designed with two pretty handles for a good grip. Decorative, it will find its place on a dressing table, in a bathroom or simply as a sugar bowl for tea time. The characteristic of gjel ceramics is this magnificent cobalt blue. Very good condition, beautiful glaze. Dimensions without handles: approximately 13 x 13 x 14 cm.
