Mid-century velvet armchair, "le flamant", fully restored, 60s

An armchair manufactured in the 1960s for typical recreational use. The main goal was to get a piece of furniture in which it is nice and pleasant to spend time after work reading a newspaper. And although the matter of the presentation has come to the fore, we have managed to create an armchair that is both very comfortable, practical and beautiful. The charm is undoubtedly given by the very stylish, wide armrests with a rim. The short legs make this armchair relatively low. It makes it seem very broad. The armchair was disassembled into its first parts and then rebuilt again after removing sponges, belts and insects. At the end it was equipped with combinations of several colours and types of fabric. The wooden legs were cleaned of the old varnish and paint and then covered again with ecological teak paint. It has a satin finish.
