Convertible coffee table Portefeuille Albert Ducros "Revelation" 1950

The “revelation” portfolio table was created in 1952 under the name “magic”. Patented in 1953, it is one of the rare pieces of furniture from this period to combine these advantages: undeniable robustness, obvious space saving thanks to its folding and raising system. Dimensions of the open top = 1m20x98cm. Dimensions of the closed tray = 60x98cm. Table height raised = 76cm. Table height lowered = 49cm. Wooden structure in very good general condition. Steel structure in good condition with signs of time (solid but steel which has slightly rusted on the surface).
