Tureen in Moustiers Sainte Marie

Magnificent tureen in Moustiers Sainte Marie made up of a large display, the container and its lid, all three decorated with hand-painted decorations in yellow, green and blue tones on a greige background; The decorations represent lively scenes, populated by Chinese people and grotesque animals, typical of the end of the 18th century. Two masks are present on the sides of the soup tureen. The tureen and the dish are bordered by an ocher yellow net. All in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. The bottom dish measures 50 cm long by 34 cm wide; The bottom of the tureen is 32 cm long by 25 cm wide and the lid is 36 long by 28 wide.
