Charles X book box. XIXth

Rare charles X box in light wood (maple no doubt) with bellows. Appears at first glance as an almost flat box of 3 cm in beautiful light wood. But extends up to 14 cm. Does the interior have a leather paper compartment on the back of the lid. All this interior is lined with beautiful original green moire. Infrequent object (the first one I come across of this type) 29.5*20 cm. Lock and key present and functional. Beautiful general condition.
