The yashica tl-electro is a robust film reflex using the universal m42 (42mm) mount. The tl-electro therefore offers a very wide range of optics and those from the majority of manufacturers of the time! Extremely easy to use, it is the perfect beginner's film camera, thanks to its simple controls and its optics (equipped with a hoya hmc 52mm skylight filter 1b) opening at f/1.9, perfect whatever the lighting conditions! The exposure is checked by lowering the lever on the left of the optical unit, which activates the cell. When you look through the viewfinder, a kind of luminous “tuning fork” appears: if the whole shape lights up, the exposure is good, if only the top lights up, it is a sign of overexposure and if it is only the bottom is underexposure! Can be used with or without a battery, the device is entirely manual!
