Original rocking chair of the "società anonima antonio volpe" n° 269. Intriguable and in excellent condition, it is certainly a model produced by volpe, very different from those produced by the company sautto and liberale, more recent models that are distinguished by the fitting of the straw part of the backrest with the structure. The screws are original and galvanized, a feature used only by fox. I specify that during a previous restoration, the ring between seat and back was reinforced by two thin wooden supports.
