Silver travel kit

Impressive and rare early 19th century silver toiletry kit. A luxury object, made from noble materials by the Austrian jeweler Hauptmann, jeweler for the court of the Auto-Hungarian Empire. This great essential perfectly illustrates the craftsmanship of excellence and the spirit of an era. This dark brown leather trunk contains a whole set of carefully composed grooming accessories: a hand mirror, a hairbrush, two soap dishes, several twisted glass bottles and jars with silver lids, a box with lid and a powder compact. All items are in excellent condition and have been carefully preserved over the years. The objects are cleverly housed in compartments designed for this purpose and the lid of the trunk has a large, richly decorated mirror. This pretty kit is a rare and precious piece that will delight collectors and lovers of antique objects. Attention! One of the tall bottles is broken at the neck, its cap cannot be screwed on (see the last photo). Characteristics: Dimensions: 25 cm X 16 cm X 5 cm. Materials: leather, silver, crystal.
