Siem van de marel was a designer for glasfabriek leerdam (royal leerdam kristal) starting in 1966. Siem van de marel's designs are known for their quality, simplicity and clarity. In this vase you can clearly see that he used the bright colors of the rainbow as his inspiration, as in many designs. This vase has a beautiful deep color of yellow and blue that together make a unique combination. The vase is in very good condition, no damages or anything. Signed at the bottom.
