Restored vintage chest of drawers

I put on sale Cherry, a small vintage chest of drawers in solid pine quality restored and beautiful by me in the workshop! It has 5 drawers, two small ones at the top and three large. I saved it in extremis from the dump because it is true that it was really bad in bichette! I disassembled the tray as I planed and returned, removed the screws here and there that had been put to keep it in one piece (without much efficiency), and carried out all the necessary repairs! I sanded the inside of the drawers to refurbish them, changed the plate at the back which had, it can be said, literally exploded letting out the drawer racks! (how is that possible?!) In short, I restored and sublimated it with love to give it a new chance to be adopted! So I decided to put all the chances on his side with a poetic sublimation that suits him to delight! So I opted for a gradient in pink tones with the colors Old White (antique white), Antoinette (pale pink), Scandinavian Pink (dark pink) and a purple of my composition of the English painting brand Annie Sloan. I applied sublime stickers to cherry branch patterns (hence its little name!). For the finish, I varnished the whole to protect it, added gold metal corners in the corners and new handles. Please take into account that even refurbished furniture I propose retain certain brands and traces of wear that make all their charm! Do not expect smooth furniture without asperities but furniture of character proud to be able to shine again!. 😉
