Vintage ceramic Scheurich vase, West Germany, numbered 413-20 - 1960s

Scheurich is one of the german ceramic factories, renowned for its production of colorful vases with thick enamels in the fat lava spirit. This pretty colorful vase has a beautiful presence. The vase is shaped in a pitcher shape, with a small handle, decorated in the fat lava spirit: speckled beige in colour, it has dark brown and brown matte plant motifs, with red-hearted flowers. The red enamel is shiny, delineated with a line of glaze in black relief. The inside of the vase is enamelled bright brown. Stamped under the relief base "w-germany" and numbered "413-20". Part of the original "scheurich" label is on the vase. 20th century - 1960s. Height: 20.5 cm - body diameter: 11 cm - base diameter: 9.5 cm - neck diameter: 5.5 cm - weight: 740 g.
