Jumo 600 chrome lamp

Jumo 600 vintage lamp Chromed metal. Circa: 1960 Excellent condition. Original cable. LED bayonet bulb. Timeless! Can fit into any decoration. The lamp above has the number (42) on the bottom. I think this means the location of an office or workshop. Dimensions Height: 42 cm Width: 28 cm Price and information in private message. The Société Nouvelle des Etablissements Jumo (contraction of the first 2 letters of the 3 creators: Yves Jujeau and Pierre and André Monique) was created in the 1940s, and disappeared in the 1980s. Only the Bolide lamp is identified by their logo. But you can recognize a Jumo quite easily by some of their very characteristic parts. They were often found in offices or workshops. Jumo lamps are of excellent quality. It is wrongly attributed to Charlotte Perriand. In fact, she just selected it for the “Le Bazar” exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1949. The design of the Jumo 600 lamp is truly remarkable. Its chrome appearance and its curves give it perfect aesthetics.
