The Mado sideboard, very functional thanks to its numerous storage spaces, was an essential piece of furniture in the 1950s. It is distinguished by its rounded lines and the originality of its doors of different sizes. This piece of furniture is made of solid wood and veneer. This model has the particularity of being narrow (120cm), which is rare for a mado. Due to its small footprint, it can fit into a small room. It does not have a small cupboard on the central shelf which provides space for a microwave or toaster... for details, see the 29 photos which are an integral part of the description. Please ignore the shadows of the leaves of the tree in the photos! The doors and hinges had been reversed which caused marks on the wood. The feet have been reinforced with brackets. The door latches work well and the metal handles are original. The self-adhesive paper on the shelves was removed: this left a sticky effect to the touch (see wallpaper proposal below). The furniture is in 2 parts which is practical for transport. The height of the lower part is 100cm. The furniture has been completely sanded (see the last photo before sanding). I offer this buffet as is or, with a supplement of €80 to €450, renovated according to your wishes. It's up to you to choose the paint color(s), with or without wallpaper on the shelves and/or the inside of the doors, possible decoration with decopatch paper or stencils. See what I can achieve by checking out the latest listing photos. NB: quality paints used by professionals (the Seigneurie Gauthier counter) which has a certain cost. Price of a 1 liter pot (included in the supplement): €50.
