Samsonite 1950

Vintage from the 50s (made in usa). Inside label says: "samsonite luggage, shwayder bros., inc., denver." Label also below and near the handle. Beautiful manufacturing (robustness). Perfect in pyramidal accumulation with other suitcases. Beautiful decorative effect. Samsonite case, off-white/marbled cream and gold accessories, with 2 interior compartments, lined with grey fabric and green ribbon. No extra pockets. Both brass clasps work very well, missing key, sturdy plastic handle. Rubber-reinforced edges with stitching points. Status: in its juice - traces of time consistent with his age (70 years). The exterior bears trademarks and has significant scratches in front, under and back (see photos), red stain melted in the mass on the front. The rubber edges also have snags. The fabric is stained (multiple haloes), missing sewing points. Metal accessories are discoloured. Size: H39 xl53 X p19. Weight: 4kgs.
