100% handmade. 0% made in China. Worth the shot, and the spend!

Here is an original linocut representing the stone Torii at the entrance to the Asakusa Shrine, one of the first monuments that I had the chance to discover during my first trip more than 10 years ago. Located in the lively Asakusa district, this shrine is a must-see destination for tourists visiting the archipelago. I was particularly impressed by the imposing concrete structure of this Torii, as well as the Shimenawa, braided ropes, and Shide, folded strips of Japanese paper, which adorn it. The contrast with the trees that surround it also caught my attention and inspired this linocut full of memories. Each copy is limited to a series of 100 prints, signed and numbered by hand in our workshop. On the back of each linocut there is a certificate of authenticity. Sold without mount or frame.
