Antique rattan marrow basket

This old rattan pith basket is a beautiful object of traditional basketry, decorative and functional, to be used as a centerpiece for fruits and vegetables, in bread basket, in empty pocket to exhibit its pickings of all kinds, shells, pine cones or other small treasures! Note the pretty braiding work with braces of the contour, itself surrounded by a mat in relief. Good condition, d26 - h8 cm.
