Cake dish "Fine street light" KG Lunéville

Cake dish in fine half-porcelain earthenware, stamped kg (keller & guérin) lunéville france, "réverbère fin" model. Decor of a bouquet of tulips and scattered flowers on a creamy white background. An animated border, enhanced with a relief and a carmine red net. In very good condition: no accidents (except a slight scratch on the heel, see detail photo), no traces of use or friction, clean edge. A flagship of french earthenware, both fresh and majestic, the "fine street lamp" decoration has its origins in lunéville ca 1750, and has inspired other decorations (eg, "vieux strasbourg" by villeroy & boch, "marlborough" by spode) and was published until may 2022, the date of the definitive cessation of the activity of the lunéville & saint-clément kg manufactures. The dish offered here dates from the 1980s. Diam. 30 cm (28 cm without ears).
