Office Magnifier, Gilded Bronze with Flower Decoration - XIXth Century - Napoleon III - France

Very beautiful and rare office magnifying glass in gilded bronze. Sleeve with openwork decoration of flowers. Friezes chiseled with flowers. Pediment presenting rock decoration with a palmette at the top. Very nice work of the second half of the nineteenth century. Size: magnifying glass alone: 6.7 cm in diameter (2 splinters on the edges). Frame: length 20 cm X width 8 cm X thickness 1.2 cm.
