ES 108 lobby chair chair

ES 108 black reception armchair designed by Charles and Ray Eames produced by Herman Miller in the 1960s. This reception armchair is made of thick, original black wool fabric (hopsack). Lobby chair is made up of a 4-star chrome aluminum base on which the swivel seat rests. On each side of this seat, two armrest supports also serve as supports for the two back cushions. The cushions and armrests are firm. The chrome-plated aluminum is healthy and shows traces of use consistent with its age. The fabric is not torn and shows a little wear on the armrests linked (again) to its age. See photos Stamped Hermann Miller under seat.
