This set of stainless steel Zig-Zag shelves was designed by Joëlle Ferlande in collaboration with François Monnet in the 1970s. These wall shelves, testifying to the fusion between art and functionality, represent a rare reference in the field of modernist design. Published in 1971 by Kappa/Uginox, this suite of shelves finds its place in the prestigious framework of stainless steel creations. Uginox, a French company specializing in this innovative material, collaborated with five designers, including François Monnet, with the aim of promoting this furniture to the general public. Each shelf in this suite is made of a stainless steel ribbon angled in a specific deployment, supported by two wall fixings. Clever side perforations bring the elements together harmoniously. In very good condition, wear consistent with age and use, wall fixings are complete.
