Metal corkscrew, called "t-corkscrew" with the particularity of being two in one, indeed the "t-corkscrew" are the oldest and are composed of two simple elements; the handle (most often made of wood but also metal) and the wick. This model is ergonomic because it perfectly fits the shape of the hand, and has a bottle opener integrated into the metal handle. Dimensions: 13cm high and 9 cm wide. The invention of the first corkscrew comes from the reverend samuel henshall, religious leader of oxford in england, who filed in 1795 the first patent in the world concerning a bottle opener. I can't estimate the age of this object precisely but it is definitely vintage. This one belonged to my grandparents (if not even my great-grandparents).
