Arts And Crafts Chest Of Drawers Oak Three Drawer Highly Detailed Wonderful Carved Detailing

A stunning piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a three drawer oak chest. The cabinet consists of three hand crafted drawers with each drawer having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage, on each drawer front their are two drop pendant brass handles with back plates with each one super ornate and in gold, the top two drawers have there original key escutcheons and locks still in place. The cabinet has panelled sides and the most fabulous carved detailing with a back riser running along the top with a column design within the centre, the same column carving runs within the front of the chest that divides the drawer fronts, to the base the cabinet sit's on four square legs with banded carving at the base. The chest is a superb piece of vintage furniture with a wonderful look and design and a lovely oak colour that would suit any home or environment. Measurements w 36 inches d 18 inches h 31 inches to the riser h 29 inches without the riser. Condition the cabinet is in superb condition, the chest has been hand sanded back to the original oak then french polished and waxed to help preserve the beautiful light colour of the cabinet.
