Animated street scene painting

Oil on canvas les bouquinistes signed lower left s. Seeberger ( samuel ).little is known except that he was jewish and died in deportation. Born in 1875... It is from the nineteenth and twentieth century. This painting certainly dates from the 1920s or 1930s. It needs a slight cleaning and it has a small snag (not much) see the photos. It is in shades of green, very soft blue and the red of the umbrella as well as the feathers of the hats enhance the whole.
