Oil on canvas Barbizon river boat 19th century Robert Fleury school

This 19th century oil on canvas does not bear a signature, we find a barbizonian atmosphere, it represents a boat with a river. There is a repeat at the back with an indication ecole robert fleury. Tony robert-fleury (1837-1911), french painter, owes his reputation to his historical compositions as well as his portraits and genre scenes. He was a professor at the beaux-arts in paris from 1905. He had a very large number of students. The work is sold unrestored, note some small dents, friction and wear, a hole, a restoration.
