Description
This oil on canvas depicts three characters in a theatre box. The characters are in evening dress, the man in the background is wearing theater binoculars. The scene is funny, typical of a period, it is colorful. In the foreground, probably the program, a scarf. These characters belonging to the bourgeoisie are in ceremonial dress. The technique is well removed. J. Pegeaud-deva belongs to the french school of the twentieth century. She exhibited at several salons, notably in 1957, 1958 and 1962. This work has its original frame, it is in good condition, we report minimal scratches on the frame for the most picky. However, the work is largely hung as well.
