Description
Beautiful and rare pique-fleurs from the art deco period 1930's made by davidson england. It is complete with its chrome metal rim with a typically art-deco octagonal design. It still has its original identification sticker marked "davidson glassware made in england"; on the base, molded in the glass, we find the identification 382902/30 and the number 5 reproduced 3 times (indicates the size). It has 31 holes. Davidson was active from 1867 to 1987. He made all kinds of pressed-molded glass objects including flower picks from the early 1900's. Unlike vmc reims, davidson introduced colorful models. It is in excellent condition (what we see in some images are just reflections), no chips, no losses. The last image comes from a 1940 catalog where we can see these models.
