A very rare and extra-wide danish mid-century chest of 6 drawers designed by johannes sorth in denmark in the 1960s will enrich any bedroom or living room. It features six spacious drawers with solid teak, half almond shape handles, including the top one, lockable with the original key, that is provided. Superb carpentry and details, visible in finely selected veneer with a vibrant wood grain, show the mastery of danish mid-century craftsmanship. What is very special about this piece is the different heights of the drawers-the first one at the top measures 8 cm in height, and the rest measures 11cm. This piece was precisely designed and executed. The tapered solid teak legs enhance its scandinavian origin. They are detachable for more convenient transport. Our team has checked the dresser thoroughly. All drawers are clean and work smoothly. We cleaned all the wood and renewed it with danish oil. We leave minor, natural signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We bring it back to its best look, considering it is 60 years old. It is in fantastic vintage condition with absolutely minor traces of use. Additional dimensions: Width: 102 cm. Height: 100 cm. Depth: 47 cm. Clearance: 25 cm.
