Important art nouveau pewter soliflore signed p.jean. This vase with curved contours and a strongly pronounced elliptical rumen has a flared and moving spout from which streams of water emerge on the sides. The walls of this elegant vase are carved with perfectly crafted lilies, narcissus and foliage in relief. Clinging to a stem, a young girl lies leaning forward on the wide paunch of the vase. She holds in her left hand a water lily that she looks at intensely. Sparsely dressed in a drape, the graceful young lady reveals a childish face surrounded by a soft hair held by a bun.
