Vintage Indian blue wooden shelves

These are excellent and very substantial shelves. They were most probably used in a traditional store in rajasthan, in fine original condition and with a lovely patina to the authentic, weathered paintwork. Created from teak, they’re both solid and weighty (the shelves are one piece and an inch thick!) and therefore very stable, they would make fantastic storage in a kitchen and perfect for a hallway or for any room in the house. With the wear attributable to its age and use and the odd, old, artisan repair. A unique and very special find. Dimensions width 144cm height 147cm depth 38cm. Shelf height 38-39cm.
