Vase cut signed Gilbert Méténier Art Deco

Flamed glazed stoneware cup by gilbert méténier (1876-?). 13.5 X 13.5 cm. Height 6.5 cm. Perfect condition! Sending with very neat packaging, i'm used to it. For the record: son of the ceramist louis méténier whom he succeeded in 1920 to take over the family manufacture of stoneware of art metenier, located in gannat (allier), gilbert worked until 1940, when he would have destroyed all the family molds to prevent them from falling into the hands of the occupier. He moved to the south of the france where his whereabouts, including that of his death certificate, were lost.
