Pair of travertine brass cabinets by Alfredo Freda 1975

This superb pair of cabinets was designed by alfredo freda and produced by cittone oggi in italy in 1975. They are completely covered with thin pieces of travertine added to each other. The base and frame are covered with polished brass. One of the sideboards has a brass top, placed on a niche with an opaline black glass in the background. Each cabinet has three doors with brass handles, and two black wood shelves with brass edging and inside. These pieces are really a very beautiful testimony of the very fine drawing of alfredo freda, of a rare quality of manufacture and finish, by cittone oggi. These two cabinets have been completely restored, and are in superb condition.
