Buffet Deux Corps Liégeois - Patiné Oak - 19th

Magnificent furniture two bodies liège of the 19th century. Liège furniture is highly sought after for its elegance and sculptural work. This sideboard, worked in solid oak takes up the aesthetics of the louis XV style with its movements in structure and sculpture. It is composed of a low sideboard of 105cm opening to two doors discover a shelf space and a showcase, library at the top of 135cm. This upper part opens to two glass doors and discovers hectic removable glass shelves as well. The work of sculpture with rocaille decorations is of very good quality. Especially since the patina and rechampi applied highlight the quality of the sculptures and moldings. This gray patina is therefore completed by the work of rechampi in two shades, silver and gold. It rests on four arched legs typical of the louis XV style. It is a very decorative piece of furniture with varied potential. Note a glass on the side with a crack not very visible.
