Description
Pair of white bamboo and cowhide armchairs attributed to rohe noordwolde and dating from the early 1970s. Structure in solid, quality bamboo. Cowhide stretched and secured with decorative upholstery nails. Note: a repair (sewing) on the skin of one of the armchairs, reinforced by a piece underneath. This is quite discreet (see the last 2 photos). The skin is in good condition, patinated in places. The chairs had been in the same house for 50 years. Sale is in pairs only. Two rare and very trendy pieces!.
