Pair of chairs by Friso Kramer for Ahrend de Cirkel 1953

Very rare pair of theatre revolt folding chairs designed by friso kramer in 1953 for ahrend de cirkel. These chairs were made for theatres in small quantities for a short period of time. And therefore collectible items. The seats are foldable and the chairs can be linked to eachother by a chromed metal tube. Technically very well done. They have a red/salmon ciranol seat and backrest and a black steel frame. Fantastic chairs and hard to find. The chairs are in very good condition. Just little traces of use. The red color of 1 of the chairs is a bit lighter than the other one.
