Vintage holophane industrial lamp

Very beautiful industrial style lamp from the french brand holophane, recognized specialist in urban lighting for more than a century. Originally intended for the exterior, this 37 cm high luminaire was mounted as an ambient lamp by the addition of a wire with plug and switch (no modification has been made compared to the original). The foot 19 cm high and 17.5 cm in diameter is bakelite (inscription of the brand and model on the base), the case is in light brown satin metal (18 cm X 18 cm X 19 cm deep), the prismatic glasses are very thick and the socket is porcelain (all types of screw bulbs are usable). This lamp is in perfect condition (some micro stripes of use) and will be perfect for the decoration of a loft for example.
