"Superonda" model sofa, Poltronova 1966 1st edition

The superonda sofa by poltronova, the result of the collaboration with archizoom associati, is a true symbol of italian design. Imagined in 1967 by the radical florentine collective archizoom, this innovative sofa marks a break with the conventions of traditional furniture. Its innovative design is based on two sculptural waves cut from a block of polyurethane, skillfully notched in the shape of an s. These modular elements fit together and stack with remarkable flexibility, thus offering a multitude of possible configurations, sofa, bed extra.
