Description
Small wonder! The famous vase by jean varoqueaux created in 1960 for the benefit of the joséphine baker foundation which was struggling to raise its large family of children saved from the orphanage. Beautiful shiny condition with no signs of use, just a surface pinprick at the end of the bird's snout - see photo. Something to celebrate the return of chic peony-colored burgundy, deep and modern at the same time. Height 20cm. Width 20cm. Depth 14cm. Vase diameter 8cm.
