Superb Table in Iron Forget and Marble 1930, 1940

Superb and rare wrought iron living room table, thick marble top, sea green, recessed in the iron frame, leaving a small thickness of top on the table surround. Tray in very good condition. The table dates from the 1930s, 1940s, it is in its period juice. Most certainly a creation of the parisian ironworker artist robert merceris given the meticulous design and manufacture of this table, quite in the style of these creations. No welding is visible when the table is in place. Very beautiful manufacture of high quality embellished with rectangular decoration with diamond tip on the base, they are gilded originally as well as the spherical decoration at the tip of the center of the base.
