Bauhaus style rocking chair, chrome metal, rattan and beech wood, 1960-70

Magnificent and rare rocking chair dating from the 1960s-70s, probably made in england. The design is anonymous but fits into the modernist bauhaus “mid-century” style. The chair is in excellent condition. The chrome metal structure is impeccable as is the condition of the rattan weaving which is intact. The armrests are made of varnished beech wood and also in perfect condition. The chair has been designed with a very valuable anti-tilt system which makes it completely safe and comfortable. Dimensions: l 60 X h 101 X d 100 cm seat height: 44 cm.
