Charming pitcher, probably a milk jug, stamped < arts-céram grand feu > which is the mark of the pottery workshop of michel pointu (son of léon pointu) and his wife denise pointud-detraz in arquian near saint -amand-en-puisaye we can date it quite precisely since this workshop was only productive between 1951 and the beginning of 1963. The shape is original with its handle perpendicular to the body of the pitcher. The flamed enamelling is very beautiful, very shimmering with its comforting colors which evoke breakfast: chocolate caramel, coffee, cream it is in good general condition but does not hide the marks of its age: chipping on the spout and on the round edge of the end of the handle. Inside, we can see a mark which starts from the beak and goes down to the bottom, it could just be a scratch, or a crack but which remains well joined and which does not go through: no crack in the other side outside the pot. Very careful packaging.
