Old lacquered asian style boxes from china / japan a large brown lacquered japanese-inspired box with hand-painted patterns of branches, leaves, flowers and birds in gilding small engraved metal hinge (without key) small signature in japanese on the lid large size 36/27cm height 9.5cm good general condition, some defects due to its age visible in the photos. Smaller brown lacquer box with golden flower and bird motifs without key good condition but slight defects (see photos) dimensions 19.5/7.5cm height 7cm.
