4-light quiver chandelier in Louis XVI style from Lucien Gau, Paris - bronze

Beautiful 4-light Louis XVI style chandelier, from the famous French bronzier: Lucien Gau. Manufacturer from Faubourg Saint Antoine, Paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Bronze construction. Original gilding and patina, good condition with some scratches, stains and missing gilding (see the numerous photos). The central part is a quiver decorated with foliage, flowers and pearls. The sconces are twisted and decorated with beads and tassels. The chandelier has been completely dismantled, cleaned, re-electrified and tested (for e14 bulb). Cardboard candles, very good condition, some small losses. It is stamped: LG, for Lucien Gau, on a cup (see last photo). Dimensions: total height with chain: 65.00 cm. height of the quiver alone: 39.50 cm. total diameter: 35.00 cm. total weight: 3.20 kg(s).
