Old beech wood baker's kitchen table with turned legs

Old beech wood baker's table from germany around 1900. This table was used in a bakery as a work table for kneading dough and processing other products. Beech wood is easy to keep clean and hardly splinters. That is why they often used this type of wood in a bakery or kitchen. The top can also be removed by means of four wooden pins on the side. This way the blade was easy to clean. We have cleaned this table, restored it where necessary, sanded it and provided it with a layer of wax. The legroom between the floor and the lower edge of the table has a height of 61 cm. Now this table can be used as a dining table, kitchen table, desk or as an extra work table in your kitchen.
