Desk top walnut shelves

Large walnut desk top, late nineteenth, early xx°, 117.5cm long by 52cm high and 23.3cm deep (top top). Sober and efficient, it is nevertheless embellished with its rounded, sculpted spandrels, which lighten these large horizontal (and vertical) lines. It can regain its original function on a flat desk (it was formerly pegged to a desk, traces visible in the photos), thus offering it a small auxiliary library, storage spaces, or could be used as shelves to hang by adding a base in its lower part... (work that we can do in our workshop after quote). Cleaned and reclaimed, it is ready to be installed! Solid and stable, it has some traces of use and time, old marks of treated xylophagous insects, small lack in the right back part of the tray (well taken in photo). The base is 114.3cm wide by 22cm deep, and the storage spaces: 26cm high for the lower part, 21.5cm for the upper part. Weight: 13.5kg. Shipping possible in chronopost (displayed in colissimo).
