Old farm table

Old oak farm table with turned legs and a central drawer with an antiqued handle. The table has been sanded, detached, treated and waxed. The tray was protected by a melter then varnished (colorless food-grade varnish). A small wooden joint was made on the tray between 2 boards to make it more comfortable to use (see photos). There were bars between each leg which were removed for more practicality with the chairs. The table is still very stable, but reinforcements have been installed for safety. Note: one of the small sides has probably been redone previously, the wood being a little different from the rest (see photo). This beauty is ideal for accommodating 6 people.
