oval wrought iron art deco mirror

This very pretty mirror is in the art-deco style (circa 1930-40), made of black patinated wrought iron, it has retained its period beveled glass which reveals some marks of its almost century. By placing your finger on it, you can see its age because the reflection is a few millimeters away. The floral decoration on the pediment is a pretty work of ironwork in ornate leaves. The geometric decoration on each side is very revealing of the inspiration of the 1930s. The hammering of the iron with its irregularities guarantees artisanal and unique work. On the back, the adjustable chain is also from the period. The dimensions given are overall, the mirror measures 60 X 32 cm.
