Wooden chair with cane seat, country style, circa 1920

Lovely dark brown varnished country/bistro chair with its cane seat dating from the 20s/30s. This chair is unique because the seat is 41 cm while they are commonly 45 cm on an average chair (see photo with another chair to better understand), which is why I classified it in the "kids" section because it will make a perfect extra chair in a child's bedroom. As it is not bulky, it will also fit wonderfully into smaller spaces while retaining the charm and authenticity of the old. Beautiful condition of the cane which is not damaged, the chair which is varnished is in very good condition, just a few scratches on the wood. Beautiful patina of time.
